Community Action

Last Monday, 9^th Dec, Year 4 delivered an assembly talking about homelessness in our area and asking for donations of food/toiletries to support these families over the winter months. Your response was truly phenomenal! Every form time last week, a group of Year 4 children visited each of the classes to collect the donations. What we thought would be a 5–10 minute job literally took the whole of the registration period! This Monday, 16^th December, 13 children travelled to Hulme to drop off the items. Cornerstone, the charity for which we collected, was overwhelmed by your generosity.
