Most of you will remember the chicks that last year's Reception class hatched and cared for until the Gillespie family very kindly adopted all of them. Everyone had almost given up on the final chick, who had been trying to hatch for several days when she finally broke free and joined the other chicks. She was named Lucky, which seemed very appropriate given her struggle. |
Well, Lucky now has her very own chicks! The chicks hatched today, 6th November and Mrs Gillespie kindly sent us some photos of Lucky with her chicks.
