Come and relax in a safe place. Research has shown that introducing mindfulness practices such as conscious breathing and meditation can help reduce stress and anxiety and promote a relaxed state of mind. As our children navigate exams and grow up in a busy environment, they can learn skills to help them manage their emotions and feelings.
